When I was training for the New York City Marathon, I spent a lot of time figuring out how to get AI to generate a genuinely good running plan.
It took a lot of trial and error, but the plan I ended up with was better than anything I'd found online.
That's when the idea for Dromos started. If I could get a great personalised plan out of AI, why not make that available to everyone without the price tag of a coaching app?
And it let's me run on the trails and takes that into account unlike the other apps I used before.
